Data Protection Conditions
When you visit our website information of the access may be stored on our server. This information (server log files) includes, e.g. the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and suchlike. 1) Recording and processing of data when accessing www.briechle.de
When you visit our website our webs server makes temporary records of your access and stores it in a log file until an automatic deletion date.
Following data are temporally stored:
• IP address of the requesting processor
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the accessed data
• Volume of data transmitted
• Indication whether access was successful
• Data identifying the browser software and operating system
• Name of your Internet service provider
These data are only used to allow you the use of the website as well as for system security and for technical administration of the network infrastructure.
We do not compile personal profiles of users.

2) Consent to use data in other contexts
The use of certain services on our website, such as newsletters or the enquiry tool, requires prior registration and involves more substantial processing of personal data, such as longer-term storage of e-mail addresses, user IDs and passwords. If you are registered on our website, you can access content and services that we offer only to registered users. Therefore, the registration is considered as consent to the use of this data for the purpose of information about all products that are related to the content of the site. This website uses Matomo, formerly Piwik, an open source software for the statistical evaluation of visitor access. The information generated by the cookie (details in section 5) about your use of the website is stored on a server in Germany. The IP address is anonymized immediately after processing and prior to its storage.

2.1) Newsletter
In order to register for a newsletter service provided by the Briechle Elektronik e.K., we need at least your e-mail address so that we know where to send the newsletter.
After you have registered for the service and informed us of your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail in return from us, containing a link that you must use to confirm your registration (double opt-in method). This procedure is used to ensure that only you yourself can register with the newsletter service under the specified e-mail address. You must confirm your registration as soon as possible after receiving our e-mail otherwise your registration and e-mail address will be deleted from our database. Until we receive your confirmation, our newsletter service will refuse to accept any other registration requests using this e-mail address.
You can cancel subscriptions to our newsletters at any time. To do so, either send us an e-mail (Contact address at the end of this privacy policy) or follow the link at the end of the newsletter.

When you order information material, the address data you supply is used exclusively to process the order. We do not transfer such data to third parties.

3) Use and transfer of personal data
3.1) Use of data in business transactions
Any use of your personal data is confined to the purposes stated above, and is only undertaken to the extent necessary for these purposes. Personal data will not be transferred to government bodies or public authorities except in order to comply with mandatory national legislation or if the transfer of such data should be necessary in order to take legal action in cases of fraudulent access to our network infrastructure.
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties for any other purpose.
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. 3.2) Use of data in the application process
Data from an application process is subject to separate processing in accordance with legal requirements. The application process requires applicants to provide us with the applicant data. By submitting the application to us, the applicants agree to the processing of their data for the purposes of the application process in accordance with the nature and scope set forth in this Privacy Policy. The processing of the applicant data takes place in order to fulfill our pre-contractual and contractual obligations in the context of the application process. Applicants can send us their applications via e-mail. However, please note that e-mails are generally not sent in encrypted form and that applicants themselves must provide encryption. Therefore we can not take any responsibility for the transmission of the application between the sender and the reception on our server. Instead of applying by e-mail, applicants also have the option of sending us the application by post.
The data provided by the applicants may be further processed by us in the event of a successful application for employment purposes. Otherwise, if the application for a job offer is not successful, the applicants' data will be deleted. Applicants' data will also be deleted if an application is withdrawn, which the applicants are entitled to at any time.
The cancellation is subject to a legitimate cancellation of the candidate, after the expiration of a period of six months, so that we can answer any follow-up questions to the application and meet our obligations under the Equal Treatment Act.
